Charges Processed
Whenever you process a transaction through the website, all amounts detailed are in Australian Dollars (AUD$) including the amount charged to your credit card.
Refunds / Exchanges
wilkinsonpublishing.com.au will refunds/exchanges will only be made for faulty goods. If your goods arrive damaged please notify us within 7 days by contacting us via our Contact Us page.
Please state the reason for your return and you will be in contact as soon as possible.
Please do not return items to us without first obtaining a returns number, as it may delay your refund/exchange.
Once we have received the item(s) we will refund/exchange as requested, in accordance with the above terms.
Delivery Policy
* In stock orders placed by 10AM will be despatched to Australian customers within 24 hours of receipt – Monday to Friday.
* We deliver to Australian physical addresses only, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
* All orders for Australian customers will be shipped via Australian Air Express or Direct Freight Express.
* A Freight and Handling charge of AUD $6.95 will apply to each order.
The following guidelines apply to Australian deliveries from time of despatch from our Sydney based warehouse:
* Within Sydney metro – 1 business day
* To NSW country locations – 1-3 business days
* To East coast capitals (incl. Adelaide) – 2 business days
* To West coast capitals (incl. Perth) – 3 business days
* To other state country locations – 4-6 business days
We endeavour to hold stock of all listed titles at our warehouse in Sydney and despatch within 24 hours of receiving your order. These books are classified as "In Stock" when you identify them and before you purchase them.
We process orders for these titles in the sequence we receive them. Your book will be despatched within 24 hours of it being received into our warehouse.
Occasionally we receive a few orders over a short time for a title of which we only hold limited stock. When this happens we may have to delay your order until new stock arrives. We will notify you by email in those circumstances so you can decide if you would like to wait for or cancel your order. If a title was in stock when you ordered it and is then delayed, we will gladly refund your money and cancel the order.
