Thank you for purchasing a Wilkinson Publishing title. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase or need to speak to someone about your order please call our office on (03) 9654 5446 or email with your order number and someone will respond as soon as possible. Office hours are Monday to Friday 9am–5pm.

We process orders at 9am Monday to Friday unless otherwise advised on our website. If you need to make a change to your order please let us know before 9am. Once an order is sent to our warehouse we cannot make any changes.

We aim to keep all titles in stock however if you order an item on backorder we will keep you updated by email on the delivery timeframe.

We charge a flat shipping rate to Australia, New Zealand and internationally based on the size of the book. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Delivery timeframes are based on advice from Australia Post and can fluctuate. Tracking information will be sent with your shipping confirmation if available. Please note: to keep shipping costs to you as low as possible, small books will be sent as large letters with no tracking. If your order takes longer than 10 business days from the date of shipping confirmation to arrive please call us or send an email for an update.

We understand that sometimes you’ll change your mind or the book isn’t exactly what you were after. We accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your order if the book is returned in its original condition. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the order. Please call or email us to organise the return and refund. Please note: Only the cost of the item(s) will be refunded.


If there is an issue with your order and you’d like a refund, please reach out to us by phone or email and we’ll be happy to organise this.
