About the author:
Michael E. Bernard has authored/edited over 50 books on procrastination, peak performance, stress management, mental health, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy and You Can Do It! Education. Michael founded You Can Do It! Education, Australia’s first K-12 social-emotional learning program used in 5,000+ schools globally. Michael was Collingwood Football Club’s first sport psychologist and co-founded the Australian Institute for Rational Emotive Therapy. He is an international consultant, former The University of Melbourne professor, and Emeritus professor at California State University, Long Beach.
Helen James is an illustrator and former psychologist who has had a multi-faceted career as a graphic artist, clinical psychologist, management consultant/executive and business owner in Australia and USA. Helen’s current focus is creating illustrated, thought-provoking, inspirational art and books that will captivate and motivate all ages. Her previous published work in this genre is PUG: How to Be the Best You (2017).
